TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY


Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout on outfieldfarms.com. By agreeing to Outfield Farms' terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Outfield Farms' partner manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. 

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of your original order from Outfield Farms. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging and requires the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after our inspection is complete.  If your return is approved, we will issue you a refund of 100% to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the credit within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping the item back to Outfield Farms for a return. We will reimburse shipping cost. You are responsible to send proof of shipping via email with subject ‘Shipping Receipt’.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

Our products are carefully inspected before leaving our farm. Upon delivery of your order, please check products carefully to make sure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
